When we had free time we went there together to shoot complementary images for the editor. We worked effectively in team because we could get along very well with each other and help each other,</span><br />

They had to shoot the videos in a very short time. Sometimes when we went, there were only a few students there so they were not enough to take video.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Miss.  <b>Sout Manich</b> collected </span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">information and</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;"> worked as a general</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">a</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">ssistant. She collected all the information in Khmer so she had troubles to translate everything into English.</span></li>

We have two cannon1100d  digital that were good enough for the interview. That what was happened was that, our memory card is full and we could interview anymore so what we do is Anna have to drive back to School to take the storage. Luckily our interview is not so far from our school, how about if it's 10 or 20 kilometer. It would be a mess to went back to take that storage.Anyway we waited for Anna to come back so we could do the interview again.<br /><br />For Mr.Steifal he is also a nice man. He has been living in Cambodia for fifteen years and has been in Kep for nine years. He know a lot about Kep and about those old houses. He said he used to make some videos about those house, that made use easy because know the process about interview more than us.</div>

He just got the rent from the government. After that we went to ask to the Kep City Hall administration. Consequently, there was not a lot of business going around there. Women were just selling crab in front of the sea. There were about 2 or 3 restaurants, compared to 20 restaurants, you can find nowadays.  Indeed, over the past few years, Kep city grew very fast until 2010. At this point, there were so many tourists coming from abroad or from other Cambodian provinces, that the market had to be extended and renovated.</span></div>

He would not only sell crabs, but also shrimps, squids and other seafood. Since there was a lot of tourists, he thought it could be a good idea to sell souvenirs.</span></div>

According to Mr. Leang Heng, one seller can sell an average of 30-40kg crab a day. He added that, crab prices vary according quality. They sell it approximately 40000-45000 riel/kg.</span></div>

My teacher divided the students into different groups. Some had to collect informations, other had to make interviews. There were also cameramen and women, video editors, blogger editors.<a href="https://www.blogger.com/null" name="more"></a></div>

We are SELA and THYDA, students from 2nd Year at Don Bosco School Kep. Our team had to contact restaurants to collect information and to make an appointment for an interview. We went to SO KHEANG restaurant, located next to the crab market. The restaurant owner is a woman. Her name is So Kheang like her restaurant.</div>

Last week we asked her some questions about her restaurant history. She told us that before she had this restaurant, she used to sell crab on the beach for 20 years. So, she is a crab expert.</div>

5 years ago, she decided to open a restaurant. She declared that customers’ favorite meal  is fried crab with green pepper. She added that  especially foreigners appreciate this crab.</div>
<div style="line-height: 19.2px;">
All the crab she sold was brought by fishermen. She explained, that in the morning fishermen bring crab from the sea to the beach. Then, she buys it from them. She also need to buy a key ingredient : green pepper. She buys it from Kampot province, which about 24 km from Kep.</div>

In her restaurant she has a lot of customers especially during weekends and holidays. There are different varieties of crabs. They all taste differently. For example, crabs form number 1 category cost 45000 riel (around 11 dollars), number 2 cost 35000 riel (around 8,5 dollars) ,simple crabs cost 25000 riel (around 6$) and the cheapest crab costs under 20000 riel (under 5$) .</div>

Those garbage were stored in the drainage canal and spread bad and unhealthy smell to people living around. People cannot tolerant of the bad smell of those dirty garbage that spreading unconditioned breathing air to their living.
