Teamwork is very useful with our works. Sometime we we work alone such as cooking, do our own homework, eating, ect. But for some works we really need someone to help us, that we call it the team works. The Teamwork such as how to reports of some places, some where or anythings. Play football or sports are teamwork too.

Example: If a football team doesn't know each others how can we play well, how can we win the enemy.
Or if a group of the student in the college or university have some projects to do anythings such as reporting or make presentation, if the members in the group do not cooperate with each one, we will not get the succeed. So it means teamwork is really importance.



How to be good in the teamwork? 

Is it is easy to break about the teamwork, but to be good are really difficult to include. By the word of a Volunteer Noémie Mayaudon a journalism
from France said that the teamwork must be:


1. Know/ Trust in the members in the team: Dare to give him a work and help him behind
2. Understand about each others: Must know about our members abilities, or how 
about their works, can he do or not.
3. Know about the goal we want to: To know about what we are going to get from that, or what
is the useful of it.

4. Make a Structure: Need a leader( To be good at understanding about the members,
hard worker, know how to improve the communication in the group, good at communication,
but he must not be omnipotent

5. Processing: Our works must be good with preparing of the group, such meeting not to often
but practice with work is very useful. Have written about agenda, limit of length in the meeting.




Normally in the group always has a problem, pomegranate we must be good at resolution too,
The problem that we always meet at the teamwork are


  1. Self-centereness: The members do not cooperation, they want to be good on them self,
    they want to get the high score alone or to be very famous alone. He never understand
    about the importance in the group.
  2. Ownership: They are not in the cooperation, when there is a problem they also do not
    respond at too. So they give the fault to one who works because of just they have the
    fault.
  3. Uncooperation: The members do not come and work together, they do not work in group
  4. Half-Hardness: The members do not cooperation, some members do hard with the work,
    but some others do difference things from the project.
stubbornness: One of the members is really stubborn, he do not get improve from his 
members or leaders.


Resolution

If the members in the group do not focus on the subject that we do, we must call and ask him about the reason why he does that? Does he not interest in the subject? And then please explain him about that. Or if he still does the same action we need to discuss about him, do we need him any more or not, if we need him we need to find some how to help him, but if we still can not we need to replace him.
